Dear Friends,
I know many of you have limited viewing or perhaps you have even "thrown out" the TV in your house, for which I sincerely applaud you! However, we know that many families continue to watch the "garbage" on television for one reason or another.
A Strong Warning to Parents! Someone just brought my attention to the obscene new episode that will be aired on "GLEE", unfortunately, a very popular show with many folks. This show is called "The First Time" in which high school students - a heterosexual couple and and homosexual couple engage in sex.
The infamous "Entertainment Weekly" reports the following:
"Gleeks you MUST tune in for next week's episode of Glee, called "The First Time." It's without a doubt one of Glee's best installments ever and features two popular couples on the show having sex for the first time. The couples losing their virginity? Finn and Rachel and…Kurt and Blaine! Yep, the couple finally decide to take the next step in their relationship. It's all handled very delicately and is incredibly moving. I can't think of another network series that's taken a teenage gay relationship so far or been so progressive."
TV has brought severe moral degradation upon our families. It continues to desensitize and break down defenses, soon people believe there is no such thing as sin... just doesn't exist, and this makes Satan extremely happy!

TV is definitely the "black box" mentioned by St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, who predicted in the middle 1800s, "Every American would have a black box in their home through which the devil would enter." Mother Teresa of Calcutta said referring to the TV, "we have a tabernacle to Jesus in the Church and we have a tabernacle to Satan in the home." (wow - never heard that before -very insightful)
By all means, protect the precious "gifts" our Loving God has given us... our children and grandchildren!
